This 3,400 square foot, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home on the banks of Cutler Creek features incredible views in every direction. Step into the spacious light and bright living area with vaulted ceilings, oversized windows throughout and ultra comfortable seating to take in the awe-inspiring views. A fully stocked kitchen with gas range, two dedicated dining spaces and four bedrooms creates the perfect family or group retreat gathering getaway.

The Primary bedroom, located on the second floor, features a King bed and full bathroom. The second bedroom, also on the second floor, features a Queen bed and full bathroom in the hallway. The third and fourth bedrooms, located on the first floor, feature Queen beds and a full bathroom in the hallway.

Bed Configuration:
Primary Bedroom - King Bed - Second floor
2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed - Second Floor
3rd Bedroom - Queen - First Floor
4th Bedroom - Queen Bed - First Floor

The outdoor space invites guests to relax on the oversized back deck next to the banks of Cutler Creek. Enjoy your favorite hot beverage in the morning or libation during the evening Alpenglo. Prepare a well-deserved outdoor meal on the gas grill and relax at the dining table with unforgettable evening ambiance.

Guests are welcome to park up to two vehicles in the garage and two vehicles in front of the garage. RV's and trailers are not allowed. Free parking is available for RV's and trailers a the west end of 9th Avenue, in Ouray.

ABOUT THE AREA
Nestled in the San Juan Gateway mountain range, Ouray offers year-round outdoor activities. In the spring, summer and fall months visitors enjoy riding UTV's, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions and fishing. The free summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park every Thursday evening in June and Hartwell Park in Ridgway every Thursday evening in July are not to be missed!

In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, downhill or Nordic skis and enjoy skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
