Our 1 bedroom condo + loft (Gambel Oak Unit 761) features a full kitchen, one full bath with modern updates, and a private deck. With views of the Glacier Club’s golf courses and unmatched views of the surrounding San Juan Mountains. Guests can play golf course. Wifi speeds are appx 50 mbps. Our guests can play the Valley Course at Glacier Club at a discounted rate of $160 per round for 18 holes with a cart.

Beautifully updated condo! Features a comfortable Queen bed in main level bedroom, sleeping loft with queen bed (steep stairs), electric fireplace. Enjoy some home cooked meals in your full kitchen. Fully remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower. There is dining table seating for 4. Flat screen TV, DVD player. Stackable washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Back deck with plenty of seating and an electric grill. Gorgeous views!

NOTE: Stairs to sleeping loft are steep

ON-SITE AMENITIES INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf, tennis, playground, restaurant & bar, event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc) activities.

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron do NOT allow pets.

4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer
travel insurance.

We were very pleased with the condition of the condo. The owner has done a great job of remodeling and clearly wants us to enjoy our stay by providing essentials and more. Parking is an issue since 761 is the furthest away. Maybe designate 4 parking slots not three as people assume, and mark the slots for that far building.

Nice place

Great stay

The rental was very nice. Very clean comfortable bed. The only complaint we had was the noise coming from the people in the unit above. They were very loud one night until 1:00AM

Durango Summer Get-Away

Great Experience and Location. Everything associated with this vacation was great. Check-In, Restaurant, Gym and Pool, and Check-Out was first rate. The entire ground were so clean and neat I could not offer one improvement. Room was a great studio and quiet with all the necessary items needed for a comfortable experience. Great vacation.

The condo was perfect! It was clean and the added loft upstairs was a bonus! The outdoor deck was perfect for enjoying morning coffee and hanging out. The unit was on the corner so we had additional windows near the dining table and in the kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed, it was clean with pans and accessories that looked brand new. The bathroom was updated and spacious for a studio. Plenty of towels for all 4 of us. The full stackable washer dryer was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect

We love to stay at Tamarron. This is our 2nd stay at these condos and this one didn't disappoint either! We love the heater they have outside of the shower. So when you get out of the shower, it pours right down on you keeping you warm. So far both units have had them. We will definitely be back!

Durango Getaway

Great place to get away from busy city living. Great location for trips into Durango and Silverton. Lots of wildlife. Quiet area, even the golfers were entertaining. Loved our stay. Would stay again without a doubt.
